1.Bring passport photo with your name written behind for submission

2 Verify all data in given form eg biodata, address, home & Hp tel no,
3.Provide data on family income, no of family members, whether you are taking 'o' level this year? ,your email address
4. Inform me if you are interested to get financial help( bring family members' latest payslip?
5. To elect a class monitor, assistant monitor, treasurer
6. Indicate the CCA you will be interested to join?
7. Bring $ 50 for class fund( for notes etc)and remember to apply for GIRO for paying of school fee
8 Buy school uniform, have proper haircut and colour, put on proper footwear.
9 Be punctual for class and attendance is compulsory for all lessons
